Univesity of Minnesota hockey strength and conditioning coach Cal Dietz, gives us a tour of their hockey facility. “”This is our bike area, where our guys get to bike. They come up after the game sometimes, also get bike workouts and conditioning workouts in. This is in the hockey area, right above their locker room. We make sure we have decent TV here for them, so they could watch their Sport Center in the mornings. Here is our weightroom for the men and women hockey teams, this is where we train of our teams, in anything that has to do with hockey performance.””
